I. Emergency Response

1. Mechanical failure: Immediately stop the machine, contact maintenance personnel, and do not attempt to disassemble it on your own.

2. Chemical spill: Handle according to MSDS, use adsorption materials for cleaning, and report to the safety department.

3. Personnel injury: Cut off the power supply, provide first aid and send to the hospital, protect the scene and record the details of the accident.

Ii. Precautions

1. Non-professionals are prohibited from modifying the equipment program or disabling safety devices.

2. Maintenance, cleaning, or crossing the conveyor belt during equipment operation is strictly forbidden.

3. Regular safety training should be organized, and operators must hold certificates to work.
