The working process of the filling machine

Taking the common liquid filling machine as an example, boxes containing empty bottles are placed on a tray, and then transported by a conveyor belt to the unloading tray machine. After the trays are unloaded one by one, the boxes follow the conveyor belt into the unloading box machine. The empty bottles are taken out of the boxes, and the empty boxes are sent to the washing box machine for cleaning. Then they are sent to the packing machine for further processing. The empty bottles taken from the unloading box machine are sent by another conveyor belt to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning. After passing the bottle inspection machine, they enter the filling machine and the capping machine. The beverage is filled into the bottles by the filling machine. The bottles with filled beverages are capped by the capping machine, then sent to the labeling machine for labeling, and after the labels are attached, they are sent to the packing machine to be placed in the boxes, and finally sent to the stacking tray machine to be stacked on the trays and sent to the warehouse.
